ভর্তির নিয়ম নীতি ★ আবেদনকারী শিক্ষার্থীর পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি ১ কপি, জন্মনিবন্ধনের ফটোকপি এবং অভিভাবকের ১কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি ও জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের ফটোকপি জমা দিতে হবে। ★ সকল নিয়ম কানুন জেনে বুঝে, প্রয়োজনে ইস্তেখারা করে নির্ধারিত ফি পরিশোধ করবেন। ★ পরিশোধিত সকল ফি অফেরতযোগ্য। ★ প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ: বাদে আসর হতে মাগরিবের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে,অন্য সময়ে যোগাযোগ করা যাবে না। ★ হিফয বিভাগে শিক্ষার্থীর সাথে অভিভাবকের নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ লেখা পড়ার জন্য ক্ষতি, তাই নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ হতে দুরে থাকতে হবে। ★ যে কোন ছুটির ব্যাপারে নির্দিষ্ট জিম্মাদারের সাথে আলোচনা করে নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পূর্বে সন্তানকে জানানো যাবে না। ★ আবেদন ফরমে স্বাক্ষরকারী অভিভাবকগণ নিজ নিজ জিম্মায় সন্তানকে আনা-নেওয়া করতে হবে। ★ বালিকা শাখায় মেয়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের মাহরাম ব্যতীত অন্য কোন আত্মীয় স্বজনদের সাথে সাক্ষাৎ/আনা-নেওয়া করতে দেওয়া হবে না। ★ যাবতীয় শিক্ষা উপকরণ সমূহ নিজ নিজ অর্থায়নে ক্রয় বা ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। ★ প্রতি চলতি মাসের ১-১০ তারিখের মধ্যে বেতন ও খোরাকী ইত্যাদি পরিশোধ করতে হবে। ★ আসা-যাওয়ার পথে কোন দুর্ঘটনায় পতিত হলে মাদরাসা কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকিবে না। ★ ইচ্ছায় হউক বা অনিচ্ছায় মাদরাসা বা কোন শিক্ষার্থীর আসবাবপত্র ভাংচুর বা নষ্ট করলে তার ক্ষতিপূরণ অভিভাবককে বহন করতে হবে। ★ শিক্ষার মানোন্নয়ন ও উত্তম চরিত্র গঠনে কর্তৃপক্ষের যে কোন সিদ্ধান্ত মেনে নিতে বাধ্য থাকিবে। ★ যুক্তিসঙ্গত শাস্তির জন্য ধৈর্য্য ধারণ করতে হবে, কারণ ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শন ছাড়া একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে হাফেজে কুরআন বানানো সম্ভব নয়। ★ যে কোন ছুটির জন্য বিভাগীয় প্রধান / পরিচালক মহোদয়ের নিকট লিখিত আবেদন করতে হবে, এ ক্ষেত্রে তাহাদের সিদ্ধান্ত চুড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে। ★ আবাসিক শিক্ষার্থী গণ ১ঘন্টার জন্য হলেও বাহিরে গেলে দস্তখত বহিতে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে। ★ বিনা ছুটিতে লাগাতার পনেরো দিন অনুপস্থিত থাকিলে ভর্তি বাতিল বলে গন্য হইবে। পুনরায় ক্লাসে অংশ গ্রহণ করতে চাহিলে অনুপস্থিত দিন সমুহের বেতন ও খোরাকী সমূহ আদায় পূর্বক ভর্তি নবায়ন করতে হইবে। ★ প্রতি নতুন শিক্ষা বর্ষে নবায়ন ফি বাবদ ১,৫০০/- শত টাকা করে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। ★ সকল অভিযোগ/পরামর্শ সমূহ পরিচালক মহোদয়কে লিখিত ভাবে পেশ করতে হবে। উক্ত অভিযোগ বা পরামর্শ সমূহ পরিচালক মহোদয় মজলিসে শুরা বা পরিচালনা পরিষদের সাথে আলোচনা করে সমাধান দিবে। এ ছাড়া অন্য কোন পন্থায় অভিযোগ বা পরামর্শ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। ★ বেতন, ভর্তি ফি / যে কোন ফি আদায়ে নিজ দায়িত্বে রশিদ গ্রহণ করতে হবে,নিজের অবহেলায় ত্রুটি বিচ্যুতির দায় কর্তৃপক্ষ নিবে না। ★ আপনার সন্তানের বিরুদ্ধে সহপাঠী শিক্ষকদের তরফ হইতে বা নীতিনৈতিকতা সম্পর্কে কোন ধরনের অভিযোগ উত্থাপিত হইলে,তদন্তের মাধ্যমে প্রমাণ হওয়া সাপেক্ষে বহিষ্কার সহ দেশের প্রচলিত আইনে যে কোন ধরনের শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করার ক্ষমতা মাদরাসা কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট সংরক্ষিত থাকিবে।
